A friend narrated an incident that took place at a railway station.

Anil was traveling so Sunil went to see him off at the station.

While waiting for their train, they decided to have a cup of tea.
They were distracted for a few moments as they got their tea, which was time enough for a thief to steal Anil's briefcase.

Off they went to the police station to report their loss First Information Report (FIR).
While making a list of the contents of the briefcase Anil added a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- in cash.
Sunil was taken aback as he knew Anil did not have that much money.

Later on he mentioned it to Anil who smiled knowingly.

A week later Anil got a phone call from someone who promised to return his bag
Provided he correct his FIR.

It turned out that the powers that be (PTB) wanted their share of the 2,00,000/-
The pickpokets who operated on each platform had an understanding (Contracts) with the PTB and did not believe that the briefcase did not contain any money.
